Refund policy
No returns on custom spa covers. Returns may apply to accessories.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at info@coverplay.com. If approved, we’ll advise where to send your return. (Items not requesting a return may not be accepted)
Damages issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately for additional information. If damage is minor and acceptable, have the driver make note on his delivery receipt before signing it!
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please expect delays for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
